Rev. Benjamin Randall Rackliff
Rackliff, Rev. Benjamin Randall, son of Samuel and Jane W. (Keen) Rackliff, was born at Montville, Me., in 1819, and married in 1846, to Jane A. Coleman. Of their seven children, three yet live and two are teachers. Brother Rackliff was ordained in 1858, and was pastor of the church at Wesley, Me., eight years. He also held several local offices and was a representative in the Maine Legislature. In the West he was for a time pastor of the Diamond Bluff church, Wis., but much of his ministry has been in itinerant work and for short periods with weak churches.
